I asked kriss and it says to stick to soft foods for a day or two, to brush gently, and to avoid smoking, alcohol, hard foods, and anything else that might mess with the healing!

my tooth has lost 70% of tooth structure. my dentist has suggested that he will b using a titanium Post to give the support. will there b any issue using metal titanium post in RCT. please suggest what shud b done to have max strength wd use metal free and toxic free elements. also shud nt hv any side effects wd my body

Typically the case of a tooth which doesn’t need a post and core! A post and core is no necessary when we have a minimum of 80% of enamel (=> ONLAY).

take care for drilling direction , in most cases root canals arent straight vertically like this video . this is an advise to avoide perforation .

You only use a size 4 gates glidden bur
