I love that Calm magnesium drink! It really helps with anxiety, deeper sleep, constipation, and restless leg syndrome! I actually drink it with hot water.
I also take a supplement called "Theanine Serene" for deeper sleep, it's a blend of L-Theanine, GABA, and some other things - my midwife said it was ok and it really helps me with insomnia.

Hi Kira! I love your videos. I wish you were my midwife! I'm frustrated with my conventional obgyn care and planning to switch to a midwife. Your mamas are so lucky!!

I started taking Natural Calm in the middle of my 2nd trimester, now later in my 3rd. I've tried Cherry and Raspberry Lemon, I'd say RL is my fave so far! It has helped me tremendously, I wish I had known about this with my first pregnancy. It has helped me with STRESS, insomnia, relief with blood pressure, muscle tension/leg cramping and constipation.

I typically recommend holding off all supplements until second trimester, however if you’re extremely stressed these supplements are pregnancy safe

Hi Kira, I live in Southern California and have been watching your videos recently in preparation for my next pregnancy (Lord willing). Any way I could order the organic red raspberry leaf tea from that local company near you called “trust His design”. If not, what is the purest organic brand you trust for loose leaf RRL tea?

I’m 29 weeks can I take natural calm?
I know they give you magnesium when you are in preterm labor to help the baby does it do the same good work that the shot would do if this was the case?
I’m a little worried I will have a baby early so I have been being very careful and been monitored, I guess I’m just curious if this would really help baby grow and mature any faster ?

Magneisum can stop cramping and can prevent early labor so it is safe to take.

Love, love, love the Natural Calm! My midwife prescribed it to me (along with a Skullcap tincture) when I was having prodromal labor leading up to my birth. It was the only way I could sleep.
