Yeah they look weaker than a lot of guys who I used to work out with in high school and among them a 225 bench was uncommon (not terribly rare though). But they don't look that strong so I am very dubious that it those plates actually were 45s real even though a lot of them did not bench well.
Depends if your goal is to build bigger pecs or do a powerlifting bench comp,powerlifters have to hold the weight on there chest for 1second then fully press the weight to lockout,body builders stop a couple inches from the chest then press up but keep the elbows bent a decent degree to keep tension on the chest,these guys benching 225 have obviously done a decent amount of weights no average joe can walk in the gym and bench 225,most can’t even bench there own body weight for a full rep

Pull-ups were atrocious, Bench Press one find someone who knows how to spot, bench all the way to your chest, and no way the 225 was real lmao.
Yeah they look weaker than a lot of guys who I used to work out with in high school and among them a 225 bench was uncommon (not terribly rare though). But they don't look that strong so I am very dubious that it those plates actually were 45s real even though a lot of them did not bench well.

The way they bench press literally hurt my eyes. You are supposed to touch your chest then go up not halfway.
Depends if your goal is to build bigger pecs or do a powerlifting bench comp,powerlifters have to hold the weight on there chest for 1second then fully press the weight to lockout,body builders stop a couple inches from the chest then press up but keep the elbows bent a decent degree to keep tension on the chest,these guys benching 225 have obviously done a decent amount of weights no average joe can walk in the gym and bench 225,most can’t even bench there own body weight for a full rep

Swizzler actually if you power lift they make you rest a couple seconds on your chest to make it harder since you can’t use momentum so no touching your chest isn’t rest
