Prem ' s LOCKDOWN series have reached millions of people around the world and inspired them during the pandemic. The ONE 2 ONE series would definitely enhance one's effort to move forward in knowing more about themselves. Prem doesn't offer a theory about ' The Self ', nor he teaches something new.
