I'm a tiny bit drunk, so I'm going to post this comment. The final result, I don't see the point in it. You won't get much sugar in the coffee and there was barely room for the actual coffee solution. I think if you crushed the honeycomb so it could travel up the straw, it might be worth doing. BUT I thought the video was beautifully put together, and it's a very clear instructional. AND I really respect that you showed the fails to help educate anyone who is trying this. So you still get a thumbs up from me! I'm 50 today! I don't feel any different to when I was about 25!

Personally, I wouldn't like tiny soggy pieces while I drink through my straw. It does make a good snack if its left on top while drinking tho kind of like oreo and milk but the biscuit is floating on top for you. Maybe that's the purpose?
At 6:31there was a red spot on lower bottom left-sugar syrup. You apparently used an infrared thermostat to check temperature before adding baking soda. *Why didn’t you include the temperature information in your recipe to help those who want to try it to succeed please provide the temperature.*
How do I substitute the Baking soda with baking powder I looked it up online and it says baking soda holds four times the power than baking powder and when I did the math it was way too much baking powder and it tasted like not sweet
