The knotted ponytail is definitely gonna be one of my favorite hairstyles this Fall.
I love the the opportunity that Fall gives us for getting more cozy. Candles, hot chocolate and freshly baked bread with loads of vegan butter and homemade jam.
And pumpkin everything!

Hey Alex I just wanted to thank you. I discovered your 60 seconds or less hairstyles and I've just kept watching. I believe it was in that video that you said something about worrying about putting methods that are too simple for videos. While a lot of your viewers would agree I did want to let you know that at least one of your viewers is a 33 year old woman who has NEVER DONE HER HAIR. I had short hair for a time which involved a tiny bit of effort but other than that I have had long hair which was in a pony tail, in a bun, or straight down. I (for whatever reason) just now decided to put a little effort into my hair and your videos have given me faith that it is possible without spending an hour every morning. Thank you so much and please don't ever be afraid to go over things you might think are too simple.

Fall is my favorite time of year. I love everything pumpkin, the fashion, the cooler weather and the holidays. I need to find some pretty autumn leaf half pins to use for that half up French twist! All are gorgeous though. 💖🍂🍁🎃

Hi ❤️ If I may ask, how have you been feeling since you started on your mood stabilizer? I hope it’s helping you feel more balanced and more like yourself! Starting new meds can be daunting, so I just want to tell you I’m proud of you for speaking out and getting help :)
Heismyrock3 thank you so much sweetheart, you are really kind❤️ the meds helps so much, I am diagnosed with bipolar II and had a very bad hypomanic episode, I had really bad depression before that again. My psychiatrist told me that I talked really fast, was in denial about it (she tried to talk sense into me whilst I was hypomanic and tell me that I appeared to be hypomanic but I would listen). I started seeking help October last year and was wrongly diagnosed with depression instead, the meds im on now are seroquel and they work really really well. I feel like I am just a normal person with normal feelings and without extremes of mood❤️❤️
Heismyrock3 it was really scary to start on the meds, as my psychiatrist told me that most times, the first medication they give their patients doesn’t work and that they often need to change meds several times but mine works really well now and allows me to live normally❤️ have you started on any kind of meds?

It’s fantastic to hear that the seroquel is working so well for you! I agree with your psyche doc...it’s good that they let you know that sometimes it takes a bit to find a med combo that works just for you. That’s my favorite point thus far in my journey through depression and ADHD (w/out hyperactivity). I actually feel like myself since I’ve been taking my anti-depressants and ADHD meds.
Seroquel was actually the very first med I tried..that unfortunately didn’t work, and then my doctor put me on effexor. That’s what I’ve been on for quite a few years, and it makes me feel like myself :)
A year or two after I started anti-depressants, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD (after having symptoms since before 8 years old) and began meds for that too. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been as easy finding the right combo of meds there. But it’s been quite the journey; it’s cool to be able to speak out. What you and I go through as people who suffer from mental illness is very real. People can’t see our ailments on the outside, but that doesn’t make them any less real than a broken arm or having to wear glasses.
You get a gold star if you made it to the end of my discourse 🙂
