Amelia: Let’s take this to Tony.
The cameraman follows Amelia down a darkened hallway to the last room. As Amelia opens the door the cameraman can see a figure sitting, facing out the curtained window. Amelia offers the tea to “Tony” but no hand is forthcoming and the cameraman realizes there are hundreds of mugs stacked in and around the end table.
cameraman: Have you seen my car keys?
Amelia: I’m keeping them safe.
cameraman: Well, I need them, now.
Amelia: But if I gave them to you they wouldn’t be safe.
Cut to scene showing the cameraman’s car covered in leaves and rusted.
I was a little weirded out when I realized her "cup" was encrusted around the top by some unknown material.
Lmao
omg lmao...
Its mineralized high frecuency Bio prana Dry orin
O my God. .this is great ..do u do more of these ?
i love how half the comments are normal, just appreciating knowing how to make mushroom tea and the other half are creepypastas about how Tony is locked in the basement😂
My very first video and at the conclusion my 1st thought was "You mentioned Tony 3 times and you are not including him in a single frame? I guess I'll be left with a mild curiosity about this mysterious Tony character "🤔.😂
Absolutely great! No fluff; straight to the point. Perfect!
Tony: hiding in the basement
Amelia: “Tony!!!! Tony!!!! Here is your medicineeee...”
Was looking for a quick video about making tea with turkey tail and this was perfect. Have recently opened my world to the medicinal properties available in the natural world and started with chaga. Going for the turkey tail tea this afternoon. Thanks!
Oh, and I love the sweater! :)
Rock Locey does turkey tail make you feel weird if you take it
Also try reishi tea. Very restorative.
I love turkey tails tea. The subtle mushroom flavour I find it really soothing
Thank you for sharing , this is helpful information to me !
l just found turkey tail mushroom and l am going to makr a cup of tea just like her. My grandma alway said the bitterness is medicine the sweetness is poison. 😊😊 Thanks for this vdo.
Did you ever make it? I drink it at least once a week. Depends on how much i have but i dry it for storage. Its less bitter too when dried and leaves less of a mushroom taste as well.
Perfect! Short and sweet
Wow thanks for the video. I thought it was going to be quite the process and turns out it's about as simple as it gets. Can't wait to try it.

I sure miss you guys. I don't even know if y'all are still on tv because I don't have cable anymore. So yeah I found ya.
I made some after watching this video last season. It was great! Felt great after drinkin it too. Definitely tastes like mushroom soup, cause it is basically, but add some honey to it, and it is divine
Was with you ‘til the slurp! 😢😢😢 sorry I have Misophonia (I wish I had Miso Soup)…:
And, love turquoise and thank you for the recipe ❤️
Thanks again and again

That's what people love about tea. The bitterness.😁
Drink it to stay alive.
does Amelia have her own channel ?
I made Turkey tail and chaga tea, earthy taste
THANKSGIVING
i tried all turkey tail mushrooms polypore and gilled one and flat and they all good to make tea. What I am saying is none of turkey tail family are poison or toxic.
Bob Smith sounds like you have some false turkey tail. None are toxic, but the others don’t necessarily have the same medicinal benefits.
@@08caitylynnI know its false turkey tail, it has giills but they are medicinal as well even better than real turkey tail. I am as we speak drinking tea out of false turkey tail trametes betulina . I also tried flat turkey tail no polypores no gills just flat at the bottom . They all medicinal I am telling you. There is no false or real turkey tail. Its all turkey tail. Its one family . They all look like tail of turkey weather its real false !
Cool
She looks so high with those huge pupils haha.
I see live free or die I come. Any New Hampshire people here.
I use heaping hand full with about three cups of water and simmer low for about 5 to 6 hours ✨✨✨good medicine✨✨✨
This was a great video. Tony was said 6 times which was weird but turkey tail tea tastes gross. I add clove, cayenne or Yarrow.
Huge pupils!
The mushrooms in the time lapse look like they are not Trametes versicolor, but the look-a-alike Stereum ostrea (False Turkey Tail).
Its turkey tail.
False turkey tail is much more pale and usually with a light brown to tan or rusty color running across.
Tony and me.
Great tips but I would start with a shot of vodka or two to make a tincture
What do you recommend to carry on you that a person could use to purify water in the wild homesteading, with lakes and streams in event of a disaster end times ?
Fire.
I guess i'd drink it if I needed to. I will stick to my Earl Grey ;-)
looks like 70's video
I wish she was my wife
Tony is one lucky basterd
I'm tony. When the camera is off watch out. Why do you think I was hiding in the video...

👍🏻👍🏻
Is that the title of Shona Banda’s book?
Toni, can you feel the AC?
I personally take them, clean, bake, blend and then throw into tea.
I eat them raw like Arielman 💪🍄💯
Hi do you know how long you should steep it for to get the best out of it . Thanks
20-25 min
Please excuse me, but it is (in my opinion) not true, that every tramete with pores is a turkey tale (Trametes Versicolor). Do i go wrong in assuming that there are many trametes beside versicolor, which have pores? (T. Suaveolens, T. hirsuta, u.a.)
Agreed, it's not Trametes Versicolour. The pores are too big and the pore surface should be whiter!
😎👍 both me and my wife have cancer the doctor says I'm terminal and has given up on me thank you.
no meat and turkey tail tea 2x a day for 7 months
How are you and your wife now? Hope you two are getting better
google dog worm drug for cancer, and maybe low dose naltrexone
Ivermectin
Get it on amazon
AS AS AS BAYRAKLARI AS AS
It's amazing how many differant ideas there is out there to process that mushroom? I really dont know what to believe?.? I guess if it's on UA-cam its gotta be true?
Is it boil for an hour or simmer for 15mins? Which one is more beneficial? I need a science UA-camr to figure this out!
Or is it better using them fresh versus drying them out then grinding to powder before adding them to hot water!? Im with you trying to learn how to extract to get the most of them?
Come on Spring time.
is turkey tail tea good for lung cancer they only gave me 12 months I was wondering if I've been on chaga I was wonder if I should switch the turkey tail
John Morrison both
Best wishes to you. From what I'm reading and watching from experts there is evidence it's helpful.
Food Grade hydrogen peroxide and distilled water in a diffuser. Towel over your head, breathe in the best antibiotic in the world ! Hope you are doing ok John.
John Morrison hope you’re still alive! Yes! Paul Stamets saved his mother from stage 4 breast cancer with it and she also took a chemo drug herceptin. Taxol made her too sick. All the best to you!
How you doing John ?
Looks like a hunter Yoder hex on the wall
Can I even do this with False Turkey Tail?
I don't think stereum ostrea, a really common false turkey tail, has any medicinal value, but you could probably research a few similar looking species to TTs?
Not So on the extraction by boiling..I boiled mine allnight with ginger...
cool✌🌹
Are they edible?
About as edible as treebark... Stick with the tea
Oh darlin, why are you using jam jars for cups?
Eco friendly
"Tony get your girl a new sweater!"
Miss K. I know it is a double standard, but ,,,,,,,,,it's okay to have dirty nails once in a while,,BUT COME ON,,,CLEAN YOUR NAILS FOR THE T.V. SOMETIMES.

There is also a FALSE turkey tail that is very similar, the false are usually a little lighter is cor and pattern not quite the same. Not for consumption.
Yess, turkey tail has these holes on the underside
Is that a RMH stove?!?!?!
Happy potlach
does anybody find it ironic that "Tony" is Danny's imaginary friend from the shining?
😂
IDK, her face didn't quite sell it when she had a sip.
Medicine rarely taste good, you mong.
Those dishes were so filthy..everything else it's pretty cool.
It's a soup.
No it's tea
Can someone remind me who she making tea for? 🤷🏼♂️
😂
Toe Knee
lol
It has a mushroom flavor? NO SHIT
look like she did not enjoy that
Odd that her pots and jars appear to be not at all clean.
If by medicine she means will get you high then yes I'll try the tea
It wont.
The medicine is in the bitterness. That's where the poison usually is.
Trametes versicolor has amazing anti cancer properties as well as immune boosting properties, Recent studies have also proven if dried in the sun for 6 hours pore surface exposed to the UV rays the fungi will store and compress Vitamin D2 from the sun, A wonderful way to still get you vitamin D during those dark winter months
Will it make you feel funny?
@@650tonyd not funny, just healthy
Poison isn't always bitter ,and medicine isn't always bitter
Can you drink as much as you want? Can you drink too much?
Earth is a party because we are all fugi's
What is this "medicine" supposed to do "

probably in braids with some beads, sounds like a wind chime when she walks
dont forget the dream catcher lol
If this tea doesn't have mind-altering effects I don't see the point in it. Can't imagine mushroom tea can be tasty.
It has amazing powerful anti cancer properties, Someone did a TED Med talk on it, It saved his mothers life. I highly recommend watching it.
N0Comply that person is Paul Stamets he is the go to guy for mushrooms
Tea is not supposed to be good. Its suppoused to be bitter and harsh. Thats what makes tea. Well tea.. Gotta love natural loos leaf tea. Throw some loose leaf with this.
@@wyattknaus8494 ? I have had delicious tea thats not bitter or harsh before, also it was good for you...
@@n0comply668 it does much more than that. Its the most scientifically researched mushroom and is full of antioxidants, it also promotes gut health and immune system strength. And as previously mentioned has been shown to significantly impact certain cancers devastating effects. Its a wonderful medicine and has been used for thousands of years. Its just not too popular because it doesn't come in a prescription bottle.
not a medicine
Google: trametes versicolor and Polysaccharide-K
+18snufkin1988 I'm not disputing it has compounds with medicinal properties but it is certainly not medicine.
you're wrong, dorsetmushroomhunter. science proves you wrong.
@@DorsetMushroomHunter how is it not a medicinal mushroom? Explain pleasee!
100% medicine
