Hello and Thank You for the nice Video Tutorial!!! I wanted to ask if you have ever tried this......Making Almond Butter with "Roasted -Salted Almonds??? Such as Blue Diamond Brand of Roasted Almonds with Sea Salt?? I make Almond Butter with the Brand I mention in my VitaMix........but was curious how the Omega NC850HDS would do?? I know that the Raw Almonds contain much less oils......which is why I ask if you tried this with Roasted Almonds,,,,,,,should be less passes through??

+Ray R Yes that is right. Roasted almonds will not require as many passes.

Thank You so much!! Been using my Vitamix, which makes Great Almond Butter....but is more work and cleanup than the Omega appears to be.....looks pretty easy with Omega....so gonna try it, and compare results with Vitamix
