It's magically entertaining. Especially for me who enjoys y'all playing time management games like Overcooked, Shakes on a Plane, and Diner Bros, this is an amazing addition to y'all streaming/recording backlog. It not only adds good variety in map and environments, but also has a strong gameplay loop that lets it easily stand as a witch brewery game!
I really enjoy when you play these types of games. I like the fetching ingredients, that some you have to grow or harvest. Keeps you on your toes to stay prepared.
This definitely does look like overcooked though i feel the mechanic of “new ingredients” is new compared to new recipes. Fun game all around, hope you guys do well.
This game has the right mix of "similar to Overcooked" so people understand the basics and also different enough to not be just be considered a clone. You guys were working like a well-oiled machine. I would love to see you play more.

Bonus points because, unlike in overcooked sometimes people were annoyed at Ash, here I feel like he, honestly just like in all of these games, did an amazing job. I love how you all are like "Oh i'll get this!" and "I'll do this don't worry" it makes this game so good to watch.

I love watching you guys play this game!!!! I'm so excited to see more customization and new unlocks, especially the brooms! I really want to see what different brooms and clothes and hats you can get! And it would be so cool if you eventually get a familiar, and you could have a cute little animal/creature follow you around😍
really hope there'll be more for this game. it's not as chaotic as overcooked as to the entire floor literally separates stations but the collecting and level layouts definitely pose a challenge i'd love to see more of!

It's impressive how smooth it is, and many of these cooking games usually have problems with directional sticks and buttons (like accidentally picking something up because you were facing slightly a bit nw) but I honestly didn't see that with this one!! Plus the mechanics are familiar and it's super cute and refreshing!
I'd love to see you guys play more. Witchtastic has a lot of the same vibes as Overcooked, and I'm excited to see how the game will make things more complicated as you go.

Witchtastic feels too...restrained for its own good. (Or four players makes things go _way_ more smoothly than they're supposed to-I haven't seen much four-player Overcooked.) It doesn't help that Witchtastic doesn't seem to have the tech for dynamic levels like Overcooked's (or possibly just doesn't want to use it in the first world, which goes back to the restraint issue). Replacing dishwashing with tree-cutting (as a job that needs to be done regularly, but not quite often enough to fit into any simple system for dividing labor) is an interesting change, though-especially since trees are limited, while dishwater isn't. On the other hand, you can chop down trees ahead of time when you don't have too many orders up, which can make it a bit less disruptive; combined with things like how you can move cutting boards around to make a more efficient workflow, and it just feels less chaotic than Overcooked. Maybe the problem isn't any of these specific things I've picked out, but something about this game feels...lacking. It's not quite hitting the right notes to compete with Overcooked, but I can't see what else it might be trying to do. Also, it's hilarious that UA-cam classified this as an Overcooked video. The inspiration is _that_ obvious, huh.
