How nice it is to go out into nature on a warm and sunny winter day and cook dinner. But we are not looking for easy ways and decided to climb higher up the mountain. The road was very steep and muddy in places. The ground was covered with red leaves. And the view from the top was amazing. We prepared a Chinese food called: "Three Freshnesses" The main ingredients of which are: potatoes, sweet peppers and eggplant. We fry everything separately and, at the end, mix, add starch, garlic, soy sauce and seasonings. It turns out a very tasty and budget dish. Bon appetit to us, and to you viewing!
