This episode was very similar to the old format and i really really enjoyed going back to their random insights and perspectives of just plain daily life! It was always fun to listen to BM leading these what if conversations and in this trio Harry has that role.

Agree. I miss the Season 1 format too. I find myself more absorb with this kind of episodes. Hope to see more of this kind of episode this Season 2. But, the new format is enjoyable too.

:) i really like pH1’s divagation on the topic of colors - hehe that's also how my brain works XD.
And Have to tell you Harry :D that actually with sight it’s known that we do „see” the same - cause colors is what our brain reads when light enters the eye and hits the back of the retina.
Color of the object is actually light waves that are reflected differently from different surfaces.
And just as the wavelength of sound determines the pitch that we hear, the wavelength of light determines the color that we see.
In my theories the real difference comes with the programming we were given in our brains and our personality and “soul” cause everyone is different the wavelength they come to see can be interpreted with a different “feelings” , and true we all learn that “THAT WAVELENGTH OF LIGHT” is a color named “THAT” but in truth how our brain interprets it it’s probably quite different for everybody.
Ahh -.- I once had a good friend for those awesome divagations about reality and humanity. We had always sat on a balcony and could talk about that wacky stuff for hours and it was WACKY stuff and it was HOURS XD
I’m sad I lost him :( .. but that’s life.. Well he did witness my extremely, EXTREMELY serious car accident, and it did take me some ~2 years to get back to more or less passable condition. So I don’t blame him he got trauma from the experience )

This is actually a pretty popular theory. From what I have read ages ago(so I might not remember correctly), it's not that your blue is my green. Yes, people see different shades of colours which means that somebody will se a brighter red, some may see it darker etc.
Stark variations in colours only exist when someone has colour blindness.
Also, women see more shades than men because it has been found(idk if it is proven yet) that x chromosome carries colour cone data so since women has two x chromosomes they have more data thus can decipher many shades. ☺️
I am an INFJ-T, a writer and a theater actor in my school years. Random ideas just pop on my mind and just not to forget it, I always have my phone with me to jot it all down. Most of my stories were conceptualized in the shower no matter what my agenda is, no. 1 and no. 2 and even while taking a bath. And sometimes I act as if I am one of my characters and I act a certain scenario and feel it and then contemplate later on if it is a realistic scenario or not. I am also a Business Major in college so sometimes business ideas pop on my head as well.

22:44 this being asked has made me realise that I do get excited by random people suddenly making conversation with me. Alongside sudden anxiety 🤣. However I’d never approach a stranger and start a conversation, I don’t have that kind of courage 23:25 but then this is also what I do (question) when people I know (like acquaintances or even good friends) suddenly message me with “Hey how are you?” I’m used to all my conversations being around topics and subjects or something we saw, read, etc. So when they come in like how are you , it just seems maaaad suspicious to me - like what’s the intention here? In childhood, teacher shows a coin to you and says this is a circle
Teacher being the society here
Now suppose harry sees a rectangular coin but he is told that this is a named as circle so he will call it a circle coz thats how he learnt it.
Similarly if harry sees all circular things rectangular, he will still call them circular coz for him circular means □
Coz thats how he learnt it.
For him a circle has 4 edges and lines but for us a circle is round.
This isn't practically possible with shapes coz of their diff features
But with colors we cant define their features right

Ashley is a mood about restarting life
A friend and I went to school together in a small town in western New York. She ended up moving to Buffalo in middle school and had not seen her since. In the summer for 2014, our senior year, I got accepted to go to Australia for a US youth representation program. I was in a hotel in Cairns when I heard my name called. I turn around and it was the girl who I hadn’t seen since middle school! She was accepted to the same program in her region and we met there. It was cool but weird!
THEN, I was getting in a plane flying from Baltimore to Dallas. I heard a loud guy about to get in my flight and though “oh great.” Think nothing of it my semester starts about a week or so later, I walk into my Organic Chemistry 2 lab and guess who ends up being my lab partner for the semester… the loud guy from my flight…🥴
So, meeting people from the past in different countries, hemispheres, etc. really does happen!

10:27 I think people who have trouble seeing green and red can still drive because traffic lights show one color at a time. Because red is at the top, yellow/orange in the middle and green at the bottom and it will always stay that way. So yeah, I'm pretty sure people who have this problem can still drive.
