Jordan I have been so sluggish and depressed for the past several weeks (feels more like months, but more prominent recently) and the past few days have been the worst. Yesterday I went to work, helped my child with school and really just slept on and off other than that. I felt so unproductive and woke up feeling the same, but watching your video really helped me to perk up and start cleaning up and reading Moon Power (by Simone Butler, its excellent!).
