If you're in the market for a rugged phone, the Tank 2 Pro by 8849 is a great choice for around $340. I love the improved projector functions, with the same great battery, a decent display, and solid performance. Overall, Unihertz does a great job with these.

My job can be rough on phones and I'm often in remote areas and i like hiking so having amazing battery life is worth the weight, I've had enough of delicate low battery life phones. Early cell phones weighed as much or more than this and we happily carried them. Thanks for the video, i cant wait to play with mine tomorrow when it arrives

@@kukupulus2949 well I use my phone all the time scrolling UA-cam, Netflix, prime video internet etc on my days off I burn through the battery in about a day and a half during the four day work week the battery will last me the whole 4 days I'm working doing calls and texts with some navigation, internet searches and a little bit of social media or videos at the end of the day. I haven't used the projector enough yet to see how the battery holds up, but overall I'm happy with it so far, a regular battery doesn't last long with me I drain them fast. The projector btw is amazing, I've watched videos in my shop lunch room on a wall about 20' x 10' roughly with amazing clarity and detail and the phone has kick ass speakers
Have you tried the fm radio? We just had tornados near me. Streaming has ~5 minute delay, not good when tornados are coming. Our cbs affiliate here in Chicago has more utd information than the national weather service. Tank 2 and tank 2 pro look to be the perfect emergency phone and the fm seals it. Will be getting one of them. I just need to know how the fm is on the pro.
Just ordered mine a minute ago. Ive been using Rugged phones for years now , The Tank 1 at the moment, looking forward to this one. ill have it rooted in no time and then the fun begins :):).

@@audacityhour3104Patch boot img with magisk then just adb the patches img file to the phone and cross my fingers 😂
@@audacityhour3104 done it earlier. Very easy to do. It's only the boot.img is all , when I done it on tank 1 it was a little bit more involved .
