⭐️EGGS KEJRIWAL RECIPE
eggs
bread - original recipe calls for pullman bread
mustard - I used stone ground but any will do
cheese - I used extra sharp cheddar
jalapeno - deseeded and thinly sliced
cilantro - chopped
shallot or red onion - thin sliced
green onions - optional -thin sliced for garnish
butter
Toast bread in either toaster or in pan with butter. Top with mustard, then cheese. Melt cheese in toaster oven or air fryer. Top with fried eggs shallots, jalapeno, cilantro and green onions. Make sure to salt your eggs when frying. You could also top with a poached egg instead of a fried egg.

Absolutely this. I'm always looking for ideas of meatless meals, or reduced meat meals. My family loves and eats meat, but we have been buying less of it the last few years.
Since I am already old, you've already partally achieved your goal. 🤣 On a more serious note, I have no problem with shorts but also believe that you do what works for you. I follow quite a few channels that don't do shorts so you're not alone in not doing them. They're both smaller channels and a few that have hundred of thousands followers. I respect their decision to do what's best for them. ❤
Thank you 💜 I HAVE seen increased views on my longer videos since I started doing shorts. Had I not come down with a bad case of the flu I probably would not have started them. But I was bored while recovering...so I figured out how to edit them in my software....They are designed to be edited from a phone....which is not my style. I noticed that MR. Beast (the number one UA-camr) doesn't have to do them 😂😂 Thanks for supporting me no matter what I do.
I LOVE using mustard with cheese.
For the meat eaters, just add “chicken, beef, etc” in. Every recipe can be tweaked to satisfy every video!

When you mentioned meat, I died of laughter. Hubby and I are 95% carnivores but love your channel.
It’s your voice. Plus we cook for guests and do eat fruits 5% of our diet due to our bodies needing that fiber. We stay low carb but my family has a genetic predisposition to colon issues.
In addition, we aren’t purists. If we are at another’s house we don’t insist on no carbs, sugar, or oils. It is just the polite thing to do. A meal isn’t worth hurt feelings.
I say all that because most of your recipes can be adapted to most diets. Your thoughtfulness and calming voice make you one of our top 5 you tube channels.
My suggestion is just be you and congrats on the new job. I look forward to your lunch box ideas.

I liked your channel when you were working before, so I’m pretty sure I’m going to like it now. I started subscribing while you were working.. it’s all good.
I love the idea of meal prep, and I have to say that I like your approach with more vegetables and less meat . I don’t have an aversion to meat, but I don’t love it like some people so I’m happy to do things like what I’m doing tonight which is a lentil soup. I just throw some extra vegetables in and call it dinner with some leftover French bread that I made the other night to go with our pasta bake that did have meat in it.
I’ll try that toast and egg dish on my husband next weekend when he’s home for breakfast .

I love your channel! It is one of my favorites and I am also surprised it is not as popular as it should be. I am a mostly plant-based vegetarian, I don't eat meat at all, but I know I can make easy swaps on the meat recipes. You have a very unique and lovely style. I also love that you do frequent ethnic and educational recipes. I am sad to hear you have to go back to work. I am also working 2 jobs right now and it isn't easy and I know that each suffers a little because I can only give so much to each. I will be routing for you and hope all goes well with your new job. Yes this would definitely have cilantro being and indian dish and sambal olek is perfect for it. If you like mustard with cheese or on sandwiches try hot English mustard but a smal scraping at first, its very nasally, once you get used to it you'll love it, its like getting slapped in the face! I couldn't find your other channel could you link it please. Love your work Michelle

I would not make any major life decisions for at least one year if you can help it. Grief tends to influence decision making in a big way. Also, Elizabeth Kubler-Ross has a very helpful book on Grief and Grieving and the 5 stages of Loss. I highly recommend it. I hope you don't mind these suggestions.
