Degen S3 is first auto recovery of every swordmaster subclass. and skill uptime is 20/30 at M3, you can shorten with Ptiliophsis. Can hit aerial enemy and don't be targeted when skill like Ch'en S3. I feel too bad for Ch'en and Irene, Lowlight really need money to make Endfield😢
Ch'en S3 has invinciblity though. And Irene ignores 50% of enemies' def when they are ariel. Her s3 has levitate which makes most enemies go ariel so basically she ignores 50% def on most enemies. Tbf, the only one getting powercrept is Ch'en

And I listen that at trading post Degen+SA+Proviso(+control center Gnosis) give 357% effieciency, more than previous best Siege+Morgan+Proviso+control center Delphin(about 223%). It is not exact now but very impressive.

@@littlelw319 chen was always underwhelming, she had her time to shine when people used her as a cherry bomb but beyond that the archetype was always kinda mid from a dps standpoint. What bibeak and irene did was adding crowd control to their kit which made them pretty decent Edit: also forgot about the sp gain on offensive recovery skill for chen, kind of similar to silverash maybe she'll become a cheer leader?
Although i'll admit auto recovery feels like a betrayal for the archetype. I don't think her having good damage is a true powercreep because the others are underpowered imo and hg needs to move on and can't forever be tied to the power ceiling set by chen, but auto recovery is a WTF moment i'll agree. For better or worse it's the archetype's identity.

from what I get, Irene is better at clearing tanky wave of mob, chen is better at doing single target damage and degen is like the hybrid of two of them and overall easier to use
No, Degen's damage outclasses both of them by a massive amount. Single target and multi target. Chen can still battery other operators but Irene is nothing compared to Degen.
i mean Irene still has Levitate and can still hit aerial unit . they just powercrept the shit out of her S3 and they don't even try to balance Degen similar to Irene and Chen(with ST vs AOE, comfy skill cycle and all keep for burst big chungus).
Her multipliers are lower than Chen and Irene, its the 25% def ignore talent that makes the difference in this vid because its Patriot S1. In low def situations she does less dmg than them and medium ig its about equal. So its generally better but not by a crazy amount.
@@CryptidFlame s3 make talent 1 activation chance to 100% which mean all hit from s3 will ALWAYS crit alongside the base multiplier as long as enemies is disarmable.
