Give the little girl some sympathy, she was being bitten and attacked by an animal, rightly terrified out of her mind, and in shock.
Not many would have been able to unfreeze from terror and listen to anything
She is really great for making sure the neighbors kids were in the house and safe before throwing it out. She was able to stay calm enough to think about the safety of everyone around her before throwing it in the street. You never know how calm youre able to stay or if you will be able to think straight until youre put in these situations.

The girl was not even close to any of the raccoons so called “babies” that may have been there, let alone showing any harm towards them.
