      Tom is a high-profile and top attorney for a reason. He comes with an entire team including seasoned private investigators along with being extremely good at what he does which is why retaining him is extremely expensive but probably worth it. That being said, Tom also opened a free legal clinic in South Central (IIRC) and every year travels to the Deep South at his own expense, and works pro bono to defend poor people facing death row.
      He's a good man. I don't know why anyone would put him down.

    Two stunt men and an ex-mafia guy independently testified that Robert Blake requested their assistance in killing his wife (and either he himself actually fired it or pushed someone to carry out the act while he claims to have been looking for his gun which apparently was not the one linked to the pistol that killed her.) And who leaves a pistol in the restaurant unless they are reenacting the Godfather scene?

    • @hart3254
      @hart3254 2 роки тому +3

      Yeah. 3 people said he was looking for someone to take her out is pretty hard to brush under the rug. How Blake got out of it is a miracle. No evidence though. But him lu leaving the gun In the restaurant.. first thing comes to my mind is that's premeditated for an alibi. And even using his own gun as an alibi. Pretty ballsy. Someone out there knows the truth. And Bonnie sounds like a real darling scamming lonely men out of thousands of bux. Sometimes you got to go with your gut feeling, it's never wrong.

      @@CatoptricCistula I read up on their marriage
      It wasnt a real marriage. He had her live in a guest property behind his house. He made her sign legal papers about him having custody of the baby or something like that before he married her. He only married her because of the baby. I read he hired a private investigator to find out about her etc after they got married. He never was in love with her. He knew she targeted him, entrapped him with getting preg on purpose etc. Then he found out how she was scamming men etc. He wanted his baby daughter but not her. Dont know how he pulled it off and got away with it, but it sure does look like he hired someone to get rid of her. I know she was involved with Christian Brando. Maybe he had something to do with it and was involved with her hit. But him going back to the restaurant for his gun is telling me, that it was planned. He knows who did it.

    • @CatoptricCistula
      @CatoptricCistula 2 роки тому +1

      @@hart3254 I agree, it was a very odd circumstance, and I started looking into it more. Though I believe Christian Brando's earlier manslaughter charges were the result of unfortunate circumstances, it seems highly unusual how he refused to testify in the Robert Blake prosecution, unless he figured he was in a situation he realized it was better not to implicate himself by association with her. Whether or not he had the opportunity, since he was in Washington at the time. Robert Blake could also find people during the course of his investigation that he tipped off. His interviews often sound like confessionals, much like O.J. Simpson publishing his book.

    Blake is his own worst enemy . He had only been married six months. Ross did not offer any evidence, only his opinion about the hit man theory. a Walther pistol antique gun would be a poor choice of a gun for a hitman, unless Alfalfa was the gun for hire, but he was long gone. Blake visited this restaurant multiple times per month, so the shooter was probably waiting for their arrival. Blake had filed for bankruptcy, so he did not have millions of dollars to share with his wife. The prosecution presents a fairy tail for the jury and the media runs with the whatever the prosecution's drums up. Sometimes you get a smart jury that understand burden of proof.

    • @evernit
      @evernit 2 роки тому +2

      The original question was what he thinks, not what he can prove, that's a prosecution's job. To make some of your records straight though, Blake filed for bankruptcy in 2006, after being ordered to pay multi-million dollar damages to Bakley's children for her wrongful death, unpaid legal fees, as well as many others such as state, federal and back taxes. Prior to her murder, he was worth of USD 8 mil., however he would often go bragging about much higher figures himself. The Bakley's scam business was reportedly earning her "only" USD 300,00 per year, so even twice that much would make it considerably more to her potential benefit. Not mentioning her well-known obsession by fame.
      As for Blake being a frequent visitor at the Vitello's, nobody from the restaurant saw him to return that fatal night, much less drinking two glasses of water as he would also later claimed. He was known to be there always being served by a specific member of their staff, by the way.
      While your theory of _a shooter probably waiting for their arrival..._ How would the killer know that Blake would leave his vehicle and return to the restaurant for any reason? That's a very patient killer, someone who follows the couple around all night long hoping for an opportunity for Bakley to be alone somewhere.
      In legal terms the jury made the right call. Blake was not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt without physical evidence. In reality though, I very much doubt so.

Then Darden and Clark fuck each other and brings into question their ethics. So stfu with your dumb ass logic “anyone would’ve lost that trial” dogshit. The person who killed her always shoots in tight groups. One in the sternum and one in the head. 100% kill rate. Close range. Makes eye contact with probably all his targets. Probably gets the weapons for free 'cause it's a bad weapon that people don't use. Probably has extensive hand to hand fighting techniques. A deadly killer indeed. Very professional. An expert on a weapon that no one uses which sends the cops on a wild goose chase.

Jury said it was him but they just couldn't put the gun in his hand. He was watching, he was giving orders but no body was able to see him there. You need to read a few books available online like (SHOW BUSINESS HOMICIDES) and ( In Cold Blood )

Spence has successfully defended over 30 murder suspects. He successfully defended Randy Weaver from murder charges during that barricaded hold-out against the FBI. I mean, how in the world could this guy not be familiar with Spence's reputation even if not his specific track record? Sure calls into question the credibility of EVERYTHING else he has said here....and elsewhere.

    • @breakofdawn3821
      @breakofdawn3821 4 місяці тому

      Whether it was Christian or his sister Cheyenne.. it was a manslaughter and UNINTENTIONAL killing . So Brando was NOT a killer.
      Blake was acquitted because Hollywood cinema companies still need people like YOU to watch Robert Blake's shows and call him a hero ..
      Every one including His family and His killed wife family said frankly that he killed Bonnie and he threatened her many times in letters and phone calls to kill her. She herself said this to her friend and the phone call is there. Most importantly , Bonnie herself told her friends in a recorded phone call that she is sure Blake invited her to visit him in L A to kill her. This is why her story was titled in my justice chronicles as a fame to die for.
