DOOR CARD DISASTER | BMW E36 3-SERIES TOURING 328i RESTORATION | EPISODE #8

In this episode, we continue the restoration of a classic BMW E36 Touring 328i and we learn the hard way by attempting to replace the threadbare cloth door card inserts with new fabric covers woven by hand-weaned Tibetan knitting swans and priced accordingly.

ive been there done that and what a nightmare of a job and still not fully happy with them to this day i used vacuum bags to help compress it all but still got creases but maybe does look abit better than before well thats what i keep telling my self anyway 🤣 great to have you back btw keep the videos rolling in ☺

Definitely thinking slow and steady with traditional brush-on evostick type contact adhesive is the way to go, certainly on the curved bits 😅
