- In this video, we take a look at what's in my hunting truck and the gear I keep in my DECKED drawer system. From truck recovery to hunt specific tools, I'll show you everything I bring along on my hunting trips. Plus, I'll give you a closer look at how I organize everything in my DECKED drawer system for easy access and maximum efficiency.

I always carry a "come along" so I can get my truck unstuck if I need to. Also it helps when hoisting a few hundred pounds of meat into the air
I don't think anything is more important for recovery than max trax.
Remi
Your setup mirrors mine. Left side safety/emergency/repair and right side activity based + stove and emergency food.
One of the best investments I've made for my hunting rig. It's also GREAT to sleep on compared to the bed floor, and with two people it's more spacious.
Great tips, thanks!
awsome video, great approach to using the decked system, def going to do a little reorganizing and add a few things now. Thanks Remi!
Great stuff !😊
I thought I carried some gear.
Glad I’m not the only one.
PS you need a bigger truck. 😂
Hey Remi, curious how dust proof those Decked drawers are? I know they say they're weather proof, but I find dust will find it's way into stuff more than water seems too.
I have it. They aren't dustproof. Have to clean out every few months.
@@mattgarner1234 Thanks for the reply.
Yup, they get dusty!
I have a canopy, and got a tailgate seal kit and that cuz down on 80% of the dust.
Ps the decked system is GREAT for sleeping on. The raised deck gives a larger platform, and the plastic is slightly koreninsilatong than laying on the steel bed floor.
When we gonna see a bear hunt Remi?
After driving Trucks for 35 years I went into a 4Runner TRD Pro which is way more capable off road and if I can stay in the 50 lb limit for a Alaska fly in hunt I have way more cargo space than a Super Cub. I am going to pick up a hitch cargo to put deer on though.
Tire chains?
Are you a professional hunter and guide?
I'm too worried about break ins
Nobody is going to breakin way out in the woods
And what, saw through the top of the drawers?
@@D_Booneevery rural thief has a grinder to cut padlocks and cats, would make easy work of plastic. Out of sight, out of mind however.
