Hey Lee. Is what we're hearing at first coming out of a cab or direct out cab sim? I know at the end you do the USB thing. I'm more interested in what it sounds like running direct out cab sim to mixer or soundboard. Thanks.
1. This unit is slightly smaller than the standard 19 inch rack mount. But another amp of this line - "IRT Studio" is fully compatible with rack mounts. 2. Both "IRT Studio" and this "IRT SLS" have a stereo 6.3 mm jack output socket. This output is called "Headphones out" but you can use it with headphones and as line-level stereo out for plugging into any powered stereo speakers. That's how it written in the official user manual and I confirm it is true: I have "IRT SLS" and it works as described with this output. Very cool!
Little late here, but you don’t need a stereo output, you just split the signal at your first stereo effect. The power amp isn’t stereo, so you’d need a slave.
Hi. I'm considering buying this amps rackmount little brother - the IRT Studio. I've been searching for a cable with a T-USB connector. From your video I understand now that the T stands for Tube. Laney doesn't sell these. Is there another name for that connector or do you know where I can buy a 10-15 foot cable with this on one end and at least a USB 2.0 (3.0 or 3.1 would be fine too)? I'd appreciate the help.

USB B
Standard USB B cable
Which cab was used for the video?
Gosh......... your right hand.
Finally a demo guy to give Greg Koch some competition.
lol nope
Actually, yes.
If you doubt it, just read my original comment...lol...
It is better than irt studio?
So this is basically a 300 watt IRT Studio with maybe a couple extras on the back panel?
Does it actually have tubes in it or not
Of course, 2x 12ax7.
Anyone knows what is max output power on a 16 ohm cab?
According to the official user's manual it's 15 W into 16 Ohm (standard power mode) and 75 W into 16 Ohm (high power mode).
@@Cooltyapka thank you
You play fu**in awesome!!!
300w..? i has one..🤣
Why dont play modern metal riffs in the lead channel ?
probably because he can't...and I'm afraid the head doesn't even have enough gain
Pheralg I think that this head doesn't have too much gain , I'll wait for more Reviews
still mostly lead playing, and the only heavy riffing he does...I wouldn't certainly call it metal.
There is a boost that adds gain to the lead channel.... Try watching the Tom Quayle's review.... He explains everything
No replies at all from Laney. Poor customer focus here. Whats it like when they have your money eh? 🤔
