- The plaintiff met the defendant in college, and they had a sexual relationship for three years. They reconnected years later. The plaintiff gave the defendant a loan for various expenses, but he hasn't yet paid it back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists he and the plaintiff were nothing more than friends with benefits. The defendant argues the plaintiff told him not to worry about paying it back, and he is countersuing for harassment.

If you are a Judge Matthis addict like me how many times have we seen stummering people who seem to be annoying by the way they talk. I have even seen this episode where this guy(defentant) was stummering and the plaintiff (a lady) was imitating him or rather making fun of him and judge matthis was annoyed by this behavior and she loft the case.
It’s definitely annoying…. Can barely hear his testimony over her loud giggles and stomping, which were unnecessary. She controlled it very well while she was talking but drowned him out when he was.
It seems a bit immature if you ask me.
