- The plaintiff has been friends with the defendant for 20 years. The plaintiff says he loaned the defendant money to help her during a rough time financially, but she failed to pay, so he's suing. The defendant insists she never agreed to pay the plaintiff back.

This case is why you don't give shit to anyone. That way there's no confusion over anything. Folks make the mistake of loaning money all the time and end up in court plus losing a friendship or relationship.

The defendant being a good friend if he did say it was a gift but now he needed the money back she should've gave it back because that's what friends do. Help each other anyways. She was wrong and should've been embarrassed. In court over being greedy.
It’s crazy how he started this case also he can get exposure for his daughter but putting his best friend in a bad light you can tell that she is truly confused because it’s been her friend for all those years and they have loan money gifting money to each other all this time so we’re so different now somethings fishy about this
