Great Video! Also an important part of becoming "better than 99% of developers" (Which ultimately requires experience in a team anyways) is to understand and embrace the senior developer mentality. When you are writing code think about how much value the code gives in practice (keep it simple so other devs can maintain it, name your variables in a way other people understand, think about the future of the code: what could change how can your code be easily refactored and extended, ...). Empathy and awareness for the bigger picture brings you a long way. Think outside of the code. Code is just like a tool you use to build a house. Don't just master your tool also think about the architecture and environments in which you are building your house. Even after perfecting your skills you can still fail by missing the bigger picture.
This is an awesome insight! Thinking like a senior means removing roadblocks and writing clean code! Coding is just a single tool on your tool belt!

I would start by looking at the "Cisco Certified Network Associate". This is also known as CCNA - Try and find some free resources here on UA-cam followed by purchasing a longer course.
