Hey guys! Check out our Free RV Basic Must-Haves Checklist Here: bit.ly/3MbbPkX It’s reasonably minimalistic, but covers everything you’ll need for a successful part-time getaway in your RV! Tell us below what you think of this little Sporttrek! We love it so far!
I love your handsome camper. And yes, those mattresses are all just glorified styrofoam. I enjoy watching you actually use your camper. Now I have to pick up a little electric hot water kettle! 18:16
I am glad you had a successful first trip. When we took our travel trailer out we went 6 miles from our house to the White Tank Mountains to test it and had a blast! I am definitely going to look into those levelers for the tires..I have never seen those and I hope it will help with the bounce in ours.....looking forward to seeing your next adventure! Thanks for sharing!
Great video! It reminded me when we sold our last diesel pusher in 2007, then bought a 41 ft fifth wheel 10 years later. Many of the positives and negatives comparing the two really hit home. 3 years later is when we bought our current Renegade Super C. Love it for sure, while still cherishing our memories from the fifth wheel! After all, that is what it is all about, regardless of the rig! Really sounds like your new rig is a good one! So glad you two are back enjoying RVing. We can see and feel your excitement!!!❤
Definitely feels good to be camping again. And you’re right, sure doesn’t matter what kind of rig, still the opportunities for great memories remains! And a Suoer C is most likely still in our future! 😜 but gonna have a little fun with this one for a little while.
Thanks good info. My last camper is a Mini Lite Rockwood 24 foot long. No trouble, simple, so far the one slide has worked good. I agree with you. You are a neat couple. Thanks.
I am brand new to your channel. I liked the information and the way it was given. I enjoyed two videos so far and you both share in a calm easy way. Really appreciate Thanks
Yeah we looked into it but this particular frame isn’t set up for it. Dang! But that’s ok, puts us to work. Bend those knees a little bit and get some exercise lol
@@OurNextAdventurejvh that's the only thing my camper won't have lol. But I'm buying a version of what you have standard to put in my camper to speed up the leveling process. Plus x chocks and Anderson chocks
Thanks for the video. Very informative. We just ordered our 272 today🎉 what are you towing your trailer with? This is our first trailer, so much to learn
Great Channel, Kids! Would you share what other TT's did you look at and how you all came about selecting a Venture TT? We are as well looking to down size as we currently have a 40' 5ver that has provided everything we are needing to work remote. We are as well are looking at all brands and options and Venture was one brand that is on our list. Thanks!
Hey, thanks for the kind words! We looked at several TT's, and honestly didn't love very many of the layouts under 35"., or the quality available. We looked at Rockwoods and really didn't see many other makes & models we loved until we saw the Sporttreks. Honestly, we were looking at Brinkley or Alliance, but didn't want to jump back into a big 5th wheel just yet, or spend over 50K, so we opted for the Sporttrek. We'll do another video on comparing some RV's again soon, but hope that's helpful for now! We think the quality of the Venture products are great, and that's not a sponsored comment! lol But coming from a pusher, I'd say it's a compliment to the quality we saw in Venture. Would've loved to get into a Super C, but we weren't ready to spend that kind of money again. I can say we had no interest in Grand Design at all even though their layouts seem to make more sense. For us, it was about NOT buying an RV that everyone else has, and when it comes time to sell, be up against 1500 other listings on the market. Seeing an Imagine or Reflection every other vehicle down the road was unappealing to us. We often play a game while traveling & count how many Reflections we see from point A to B. It's a lot! lol We like to be different...
@@OurNextAdventurejvh We had a really long conversation with Venture RV District Sales Manager Wayne Popovic and really liked what he had to say about their product and very impressed with the frame construction. Being a RV Tech seeing a lot of issues with many brands and construction issues, it such a tough journey moving finding the right TT. Not selling anything but have you checked out Outdoor RV brand. Their construction is CRAZY IMPRESSIVE. Being pseudo full time we struggle to find a decent TT with washer/dryer. Venture caught our eye with that option of W/D and just a different product than the norm.
@@4garylee No, hadn’t looked into Outdoor yet. Might have to do that! Yeah the frame is another reason we chose Venture (I’m sure you’ve seen our frame plant tour video) but even before all the flex and failure talk, American made bolted was appealing to us. That’s cool, didn’t know you were a tech!
cook potato's first, eggs cook in 3 minutes, lol not a fan of those 3 burner stoves, the skillet on outside looks pretty good though would always choose a 5th wheel or trailer for the fact I have a vehicle to drive, just makes more sense and versatility... I noticed he has a 3/4 ton but has half ton mirrors, why is that?.....never seen one before like that
If a wanted a review of " camping world sheets", I would have done a search for " camping world sheets" review. Your video title is " sport trek review", follow thru with your topic and LESS meandering useless stories.

We love our sport track
They really are great rigs. We have since traded for the 5th wheel and really love the space of the 5'er.
“ I got you, I got it all” 🥰

I’ll never do it, but watching you are like being there.
Bathroom door spacing is to allow air to come in when the exhaust fan is running.

Love your videos, such real life.
Thank you ☺️

Thanks so much! We appreciate the positive feedback ☺️
That's a good looking breakfast. We will have to check out the Ninja brand cookware
The space under the bathroom door is to let the air from the heater and a/c circulate.
Thanks for sharing your likes and dislikes!
You can get the Lippert auto leveling system to get rid of the bounce and the extra leveling products.

Hey congrats! Hope you end up loving yours! We tow with a Chevy 2500 HD.

Nice Rig! We have a 32.9 foot Transcend TT and we have two folding E-Bikes and were wondering how you stow them during travel days?
Hey thanks, We use a bike rack over the tail gate of the truck for two of them, and then fold another bike down into the bed of the truck.
Have you ever tried the fire starter from "Outdoors With The Morgans"? Mike is a UA-cam content creator.
No we haven’t yet, but will look into those. Thanks for the suggestion!

LOL YOU FORGOT TO BLOW UP THE MATTRESS
What do you mean? Which mattress?
