My daily screen time is ridiculously high. I'll try some of these tricks, turning my phone to greyscale could be very helpful. Now I just need to figure out what to do when I'm not on my phone, I guess I need some tech-free hobbies 😅📴
Yeah, I think it's really interesting how quickly you get bored qhen you don't have your devices. But you also quickly get used to doing other things :D
Hey Emelie! Great video! I felt like I always opened instagram as a reflex checked my phone. I put my instgram icon at the very last slide on my phone, instead of the home page. From that day I only open insta whenever someone sends me a pm. This was like two years ago! Your tip really really helps!
