Coming from a metalhead that usually listens to blastbeats and gutterals and yaddah yaddah: this is a fucking phenomenal song. I was mesmerized when I first heard it. This chorus is such a monstrously strong and dreamy statement. I can't get enough of this song. Reminds me of the wall of sound vibes that I've come to appreciate from Devin Townsend in particular, and some black metal sections. Edit: Just googled; of COURSE they're Canadian. Why do so many incredible musicians come out of Canada?! Blows my mind lol
The roughness is a goal of this recording. It fit great for the band, much better than the pop levigated sound. On hifi it sounds great. Very spacious stage.
This band have a soul. Amazing
I absolutely love this live version :’). Actually more than the studio version honestly!! So beautiful

so dope!!!! ❤
Awesome
So the drums really loud, I can't barely hear any vocal harmonies, and I can't hear Mercedes' guitar lead at all.
the drums aren't really too loud. the vocals are just a lil low
