    • @jeffanderlik7695
      @jeffanderlik7695 3 роки тому

      That's exactly what I thought. All that money right there and too cheap for a 3rd ramp. The first thing I did was to have a longer ramp built and winch added. The tractor you need to load might not run.

    • @turbodiesel4709
      @turbodiesel4709 3 роки тому

      @@jeffanderlik7695 : Well, perhaps not everybody is "loaded" like you are. Getting a 3rd ramp built is very expensive, not to mention fabricating & adding the components to attach the ramp to the trailer.
      Plus, if he doesn't load narrow front tractors often, it's just a waste of money. Additionally, a third ramp adds extra weight to the trailer, which may not necessarily be desirable, as it cuts down the GVWR of the trailer.
      Everybody's always got an answer about how things should be done, but rarely do they think things through before giving their two cents.
      I'm not saying that you're totally wrong, but you ain't right either.

Also i had bad wheel bearings and my friend had a 3010 pedestal for 100 i got just needed tore down and repacked with grease since its been laying outside for multiple years. With 520 rims im about 5 inches center vs 2 inches center spacing. I need new rims so im toying with maybe 3010 rims with fatter tires since i run a loader.

      @@kallenbridges8471 : Well, I wouldn't say easy... The narrower the rear wheel width is, the easier it would be to load in reverse without a center ramp.
      The wider the rear wheel width is, the more difficult and dangerous it becomes while loading in reverse.
      The reason for this is because you cannot depart from the ramps at an angle very much at all, whilst leaving them & approaching the trailer's deck.
