You have said that availability of medical officer is easy but it is not so. Most of doctors on duty in allopathic hospitals are bams while they should be mbbs due to non availability of MBBS doctor.

You are right but the issue is not the availability of MBBS doctors. Yes a large number of MBBS doctors prepare for PG exam but still every year 50000 MBBS doctors do not find a seat in the PG programme. The main issue is the cost. Since BAMS doctors are available in the salary bracket of Rs 15000 - 40000 per month, the hospitals are keen to hire them. MBBS doctors would not come for anything less than Rs. 60,000 per month.
