I'm most excited for Citlali, in my opinion she is the prettiest character hands down. I'm going all in for her. And of course Capitano, the goat himself. Can't wait to see a literal Dark Souls character in Genshin, I hope he uses a big ass claymore lol. Shark girl seems pretty neat too!
So... despite all "pokemon", "happy scenery" and "no war"... the 3 waifus shown: Geo (Dehya2 - Xilonen), Cryo (Clorinde2 - Chasca) and Pyro Motorcycle Himeko (Mavuika) - Natlan is my new favorite region, period.
Here’s my theory: Xbalanque is the Pyro Archon. Mauvika is a god but without an authority that is required of an Archon. When introducing Neuvillette, Xbalanque said “Someday, when THEY return, their true ordeal shall begin”. Implying that he is not part of their order. He cannot be the Sovereign. Xbalanque’s title is also “One Entombed With the Primal Fire”, but those flames looks like Primal Fire. My guess is that the Primal Fire works like Indemnitium of the Oritrice in which it needs the faith of the people in “Justice”. Natlan is not at war, but perhaps they can use the different tribes’ “competitive spirit” in place of the power of “War”. All in hopes of resurrecting the Entombed one. More conflict will power the Primal Fire, more chances of successful resurrection.
I really hope this is true, I do not like Mauvika's design for a Pyro Archon specifically. The design is nice as just another character, but for the Pyro Archon my expectations were not even nearly met with this😭

Don't think so. She has the wrong JP VA. miHoYo always uses the same VA in JP and CN for their other universe copies, so this is either not Genshin Himeko, or some twist is coming. I know, she looks very similar, but that is the wrong JP VA and there's no way around it. This is how we know that Unknown Goddess is Genshin Kiana, and that Tsaritsa is probably Genshin Bronya, since her JP and CN VAs are still missing from the game.
I speculate the tournament mentioned throughout this video is a diplomatic solution to the gnosis problem in natlan and Capitano will try to win the tournament to take the pyro gnosis to the harbingers
She says that the people should have their "true fate revealed" She is talking about the constellation system, what this means is that ALL characters with a constellation has a different version of themselves in what is referred to as the "Old World" This flips everything on it's head because the Sinners are trying to help Lumine to destroy the dragon sovereigns thrones and give back humanity their true fate.
I won't trust the Sinners of all people. The Visionary seems to just want to replace Celestia, by creating their own Irminsul with the loom of fate. The Old World is the World of the Dragons. The Abyss Order wants to corrupt the Thrones, not destroy them. That means they want cease the Authority over elements. To me it just seems like they want to replace Celestia. Sure the Loom of Fate might give fate back to people who were striped of them but what will be the cost?

Engulf sounds like what Dainsleif and Tsaritsa are talking about, burning it to ash. But if they are fighting for another timeline all together they might not care as much as what they do. Lumine is seen to bow down king Irmin in the Battlepass cutscene it is not true that they can be someone else because Venti specifically says that the other traveller is us that is starting our journey. That means that Lumine was tasked to find the Nibelung pearl the one that has a snake with a red eye. Now I think that snake is represented by Dainsleif. And if Lumine has traveller with Dainsleif all that time to find that Pearl, and he is the one that stole it, well she might be a little bit upset with him.

And the Abyss is a corrupting force for the elemental beings, so it will corrupt whatever it touches on Teyvat. The Abyss Twin is weird, like they blame the dude who tried the most to defend Khaenri'ah but sides with the dude who pretty much abandoned it for their own gains.
Here's hoping Natlan doesn't have a secret internal power struggle like how the Perim Underworld was split between those working under Chaor and the splinter group led by Lord Von Bloot.

Well Murata is confirmed to be dead at least before the cataclysm, if we based the timing with Vanessa in Mondstadt... About 1000 years ago. Also Venti and Zhongli confirmed to be the ONLY original seven left. Maybe the "current" pyro archon tried to steal the gnosys by force that ends with the death of Murata, but she wasn't chosen to be the successor and in an attempt to force her way, she got turned into eternal flame...?
