Nice selection of readily-available controllers to suit a range of uses from civilian to military. Still, it's a shame you didn't cover every single controller in existence.
Actually have something similar to the warthog stick, the Logitech x56... which has two additional joysticks on the darned thing. Got introduced to sims back in the mid 90s on my antiquated macintosh with titles such as A-10 attack, a-10 Cuba, and Hornets over Korea.
TM Warthog really isn't the 'best'. It's a shame you didn't bother to research the flight sticks that are. They're mostly made by smaller companies that have put a lot of work into their products and would've deserved the exposure.

Turtle beach Velocity One is nice. Trim wheel, programmable buttons, constant speed prop, mixture, thrust, and multi quadrant. You can literally program real flight operations to the buttons.
Love mine on xbox. Still waiting for the status indicator panel lights update though.

just get a Omni Throttle for the left the you have space games covered too
Four pedals is used for brakes and differential braking not just rudder control.

It is identical grip but real F-16 grip angled forward and is a force stick mean it moves tiny amount each direction
For aviasimulators there is one rule, as well as for auto simulators: No ForceFeedback in gamecontroller - No Game.

Ya, TM Warthog is way overrated now day, personally think it need a major overhaul considering what out there now or in the future, like the TM joystick internals is all cheap plastic (mine started to have major play after 2 years of use every other day ). If you can afforded a TM Warthong I'd recommend going for Virpil or Winwing instead, as they are way better.

Ummmm…the United States Air Force doesn’t use Airbus A320s. It’s a civilian airliner.
I've heard from the aviation industry that they are all moving away from a yoke and going to side stikk
using a Logitech X56 its great on default lots of buttons to customise just more for Right hand instead of left hand (Airbus)

Ummm the Airbus side joystick does not replace a lot of controllers. It should only be used for airbuses and other places that actually use a stick control. Use a yoke for Boeing and all other places
