We loved the K-pop performers. We actually went back and saw this show twice it was so fun. The second time, one of the K-pop dancers actually had me get involved with part of the act!
They also host various Squid Games at the South Korea pavilion. You can ask any of the workers when the next Squid Game will be, and they'll tell you the schedule. We were there for a round of Ddakji, the game where you throw square paper at the ground and try to flip another piece of folded paper. We've seen other videos of people playing the honeycomb game where you have to carefully cut out a shape from a piece of honeycomb with a pushpin without cracking it.
When you go through the Korea pavilion exhibit, you follow a path that takes you through various stations which include AR (Augmented Reality) and amazing views over the Expo grounds. You finish the full tour of the exhibit at the Vertical Theater, which is a fantastic experience of watching a movie in portrait mode while laying on an oversized, comfy pillow. So relaxing and immersive!
Expo 2020 Dubai opened on October 1, 2021 (postponed a year due to Covid) and runs through March 31, 2022. All pavilions and experiences are open and fully functional. We went for a week in October and filmed these videos.
Let us know if you have questions about Expo 2020's Covid restrictions. You need to show your vaccination card or a negative PCR test taken within the previous 72 hours. Getting a Covid test in Dubai is cheap, fast, and easy - ask if you want more info on that.

@strops gaming The Korea Pavilion is next to the water feature and the Garden in the Sky. You can't miss it. The k-pop dancers perform inside the pavilion - there's a big atrium inside.

How much time did you spend in this pavilion?
Korea is easily accessible, so we actually went to it a few times on different days. But all together we probably spent about 2 hours there. Maybe 30-45 minutes going through it, then 20 minutes for the shows, 20 minutes for Squid Games, and 30 minutes playing on the interactive TVs and learning about South Korea.
