I can't believe Fraser wants her fired just because their personalities don't mesh. He's got no complaints about her work, so just don't interact about anything else but work! Prioritize the work, not the team spirit, as it is just a few weeks. The way he's speaking to her when she's being calm & respectful towards him is really questionable.

Have never understood why everyone thinks Fraser is so wonderful. When he showed up at the beginning of the season, it was a 'watch the season or not' moment. If he does end up getting her fired... 😠
