You have one of the better Wing Chun schools I've seen on UA-cam. I trained at Steve Lee Swift's in Oldsmar Fl, which is under Ip Chun and Ip Chings lineage. Ip Man's sons. Not saying I'm a sifu or anything but maybe one day. lol 😂
Thats amazing. I never noticed that people either keep their arms extended or do not. It always seems like they don't ever keep them extended. But he's correct, as the fight progresses and you are both tired, clinching and distancing becomes more physical and allows you to execute a different type of strategy. I kept wondering, how do you force things into that second phase. This totally explains how to do that. It's sort of an inference from the entire explanation more than anything specific he said. That idea aboit conditioning in unsafe distances too. That's really the key.

Boxers do Pak Sau too like Pacquiao, Lomachenko, Teo. It's crazy how fast their instincts are but then again they're the best boxers in the world
