I only noticed them at home after a while and looking at them facing the lights. I checked online some said a tiny bit is normal others said its not. Some said its is to prevent stones from cracking. I called VCA online customer service and they told me it was totally normal there is slight air gap. Idk if they just saying that.

Personally I would choose the butterfly 🥹 I think both the butterfly and sweet Alhambra styles are youthful, but you’re only young once so I think she should enjoy the cuter styles while she can 🤭 but! If she’s more into classic styles, you can never go wrong with the sweet Alhambra!!
I think it really depends on your style! If you’re looking for something for more daily, I think the sweet size is perfect! But, if you want to have a necklace to dress up an outfit, I think the vintage size is better. The vintage size also offers a lot more variation like different stone colors, guilloche, etc so you should consider those factors as well!
Your collection is stunning! For your Alhambra pendants, can you share what length you have them at and if you had them extend the chain? I noticed the original length of the pendants are kind of tight so I had to get my mini frivole pendant extended by 2 inches. The length on your pendants look great so I was just curious!
I have actually not touched any lengths for my VCA necklaces! They are all at the standard length the boutique sells them at and I typically wear them at the shorter length available on the chain 😊

I have not altered the length of any of my VCA necklaces! They are the standard length and I think it’s perfect for my layering purposes, but definitely go with your own preference!!

Gold is very soft! Softer than most stones vca provides, but it has other benefits like no sensitivity to water, etc. I would recommend the chalcedony if you’re a little bit more of a casual person; I find that the guilloche, although beautiful, is a pretty loud piece of jewelry and some may consider too much for daily wear. But totally up to your taste! 🥰
