I’m with you right!? It should come with a box and travel pouch! Every year they increase their prices! Some people don’t want the pouch or box but it should be okay to give the pouch when customers ask and at the same time the jewelry should come in a box
I am so sad my bracelet only came with the travel pouch. Got the MOP 5 motif bracelet in yellow gold and it’s in the new packaging. It was my first piece so I really wanted the box and travel case should be included in such as luxury brand! 😢 Other than that I love my bracelet

I just got the zodiac pendant and chain in Las Vegas and I got both the suede box and large flat suede pouch in a similar size to the booklet. I think it depends on the SA and boutique. When I get my platinum and diamond jewelry serviced at Tiffany in NY sometimes they return it in a suede box and sometimes they return it in a velvet pouch.
Why the hell they don’t give us both?! With the amount of money that we spend we should get the box and the pouch.
The pouch is probably for the people who have so much jewelry that their box stack would be impractical to store! 😄

I got both the hard box and pouch for my 5 motif Al hambra white gold guilloche bracelet but I had to beg for the pouch..
