Something I love from the Poison Sky clip is that the shot with the Unit personnel most of them are smiling when they see the burning gas, even though he in no way told them, even though they had been butting heads with them the entire story, as soon as they saw the fire they *knew* it was the Doctor doing what the Doctor always does/
I really enjoyed 12th in a way he was channeling the great One, 4th. He was the most inhuman of ALL the doctors, and at times he certainly reminded you of that fact. The mummy episode had 12th at HIS most inhuman, and that was fun!!!!!
@@julieeverett7442 What I loved was when Clara was acting all heartbroken because the Doctor looked older and a bit crazy, Vastra sat her down and told her that the Doctor is very old and trusted her enough to regenerate into his "true" self or something along those lines. It made Clara understand that while the Doctor looked different, that was only skin deep and he was the same person she always knew.
@@julieeverett7442 Vastra had that talk with her in the first episode of Doctor 12 though. And then the Matt Smith call right at the end, I figured after that, she accepted him. I didn't have any huge issues with Clara, other than the fact that she stuck around a bit too long. Plus she only had 2 series with 12, Billie was the 3rd series with 12.
Which was actually an oops on Tennants part but worked even better, that's why they kept it... same with the "Ghostbusters" scene with rose.. sometimes the improvised scenes are much better than the written ones
You can look forward to seeing him again in this year's specials. Or at least one of them. Filmed before his death. I can't say whether he will actually meet the Doctor again though.
I mean Jodie under any other writer would have been a great Doctor. I mean if Moffat had Jodie as The Doctor it could have been great. Moffat gave us so many iconic well written female characters in the show without having their entire personality be that they're a woman.
I agree, but I imagine whoever is doing this must feel like they have a stressful job. After all, fans tend to enjoy something way more than the people actually making it. We've officially gotten to the point where 2005-2010 Doctor Who is nostalgia, so I imagine it must have put quite a lot of pressure on them to consider including stuff from the classic series. If they found even just one clip, they might have been afraid to put it in because then they'd be getting comments asking why they didn't bother to include more
All time favorite scene is from Pyramid of Mars. Fourth Doctor had Sutekh trapped in time corridor before vanquishing Sutekh forever. Second was Mummy on the Orient Express with the Twelfth Doctor.
It's some of the h0ttest guys ever. Jon Pertwee, Sylvester McCoy and Patrick Troughton were insane in old Doctor Who. Peter Capaldi was the only h0t doctor in new who.
