    Most people on the social dance floor do the kick with just the kicking leg without the standing leg bounce. You have showed us the proper way to bring about the kick that looks totally different.

    You showed kicks aside and back greatly, safely! Still I have a question - some kicks and re-ti-res (balley term) cause knees band in not natural way, side way, and for me it caused injury of knee because of doing too hard. May be you have your own vision about such movements, how to make them save, or may be just avoid? ❤

      Will definitely address it - I’ll make a video describing difference in kicks and flicks. Perhaps a separate one about knee actions and how to protect them. Thank you for the ideas!
