@@giotorres9848 It is not the worst but from my usage it typically ends by evening when running on adaptive 120hz. It's always connected to my galaxy watch 3. I have also noticed the battery standby is worse when always on display is switched on.
So far mine hasn't gotten hot with usage or charging. Also I don't notice the battery dying abnormally fast or anything. With the Ultra Fast Charging it charges really fast. Me and my Friend got one at the same time I will check with him and see what his experience has been. The previous device I moved from is the note 9 which has a 4000 mAh compared to 4500 mAh on the note 20 ultra. Also Samsung says "Actual battery life may vary depending on network environment, usage patterns and other factors."
@@cmarsh25 yes, i have some little complain about the camera because I'm photographer and i daily use my nikon camera so i think i'm little demanding but for a phone it's good :) I particularly like about the s pen many options like smart select or glance and this s pen is very useful for photo retouching in lightroom ! the last time i had a note it's the note 3 so it's really different haha

I got my mystic black note 20 ultra yesterday and to save on battery, I changed the display settings to dark mode, the refresh rate to 60Hz, uninstalled Amazon, Amazon Music & Facebook (those apps are huge battery hoggers), disabled background activity for all of the other apps, turned off notifications & disabled Always-On Display (the Li-Ion 4500 mAh battery should've been increased to 5000). Now I'm in business 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌.
Battery life is about what I expected and a bit better than that of my Note10 Plus. The Note20 Ultra is a powerful sprinter; the Usain Bolt of the current crop of smartphones. I have yet to really use the Ultra in-the-field for business but I see that I'll have to use it judiciously until it's really needed. I'll just make certain that the battery is always topped-off. I have no reservations however to being away from a charger for eight hours.

I know this is a question that's beaten to death but it's different on every phone. Is there a higher-end adapter on the market that allows you to use wired headphones without the sound quality taking a hit. The bluetooth just doesn't cut it for me, unless there's something out there I don't know about.
Got the note 20 ultra today and not thrilled . Camera is better , couldn't really tell any difference in s pen which I don't use much , white is still fingerprint magnet and mostly the phone is to big . Love the screen size , but typing out one handed and edge of screen kept hitting letters. Gonna keep my Note 9 and only reason was samsung was giving 550$ for trade in and not bad. But the accidental typing got on my nerves . Yeah probably get a case and make it better . I'm burnt out on samsung , no huge improvements. Don't care about the refresh rate and ridiculous to me and not noticing the better processors for everyday use , I don't play games on my phone cause I'm not a kid I work. Honesty liked the pixel 4 xl , but battery life not great and the Emoji are old fat kind or I would have kept it .

After coming from HTC, LG, Razer and Huawei, I opened the App Drawer, saw it went sideways for some inane reason and to make it worse I stayed on the page you were last on, threw up in my mouth and installed Nova Launcher.
My Note20 literally does not have the Smoothness Display setting or the screen resolution setting. why? im on the latest software and i got my phone in October 2020, why do I not have this option? I was able to do this on my Galaxy Note8
Not really an upgrade. These phones come out to quick. It will be an upgrade from basically a Note 8 or Note 9. Not worth the money from upgrading from a Note 10.
Hi, I am not sure if you noticed a major flaw in the latest version of samsung notes where it does not confirm if you want to save changes when you do any change to the note, and if you accidently change anything in the note it is changed permanently and you loose your data that was on the note before the change, VERY DANGEROUS!!!

Sife Note: (pun intended) video automically shoots in 16:9. Changing the aspect ratio in the photo mode will not change it in video mode. Good video overall! Definitely made most of those changes.

Yes it can apply to many recent Samsung flagship phones and that won't change until the next big software redesign happens with One Ui. However I understand that he puts the videos out because many people don't know about these settings and they will search UA-cam for it with the new phone name. Also it's good for his livelihood

I have the 512GB version too. The 2 cases I have used on my Notes for years is the UAG Monarch and the Samsung LED Wallet case. I also use the Whitestone Dome Glass, which is the BEST screen protector. The UAG Monarch, is my go to work case day in and out, surprisingly protective and makes the phone easier to handle. I can't tell you when I had it on my Note 8 how many times I dropped it, and it received no damage. The LED case, is what I use for travel or formal occasions. Its not as protective, but its really cool and I love the room for cards.
1:47 I never use that becuase I have an app called, full screen gesture and I used the left side swipe to toggle split screen and the right to pull the notification panel down because before the note 20 ultra I used the note 8 and I used to use the capacitive fingerprint scanner to pull the notification panel down. I think to be able to control your phone without touching the display is pretty futuristic and I miss that. Hey, maybe you should try that out too.

Just switch the settings to 60hz and FHD+ and stop complaining until they release an update.

Nearly bought the pro supcase but every 2nd review on amazon UK is how it cracks without even dropping it around the frame. Not a good start...
From my personal experience the supcase is not good. Feels cheap and plasticy. Slips allot
