They just had few problems because they were together once as couple but broke up. But they never hated each other especially not now because it's like the previous person here said: Nina is friends with Ian's wife.
It would be so cool to make like a TVD + Originals + Legacies one hour special or something where they all sit together and talk about their experiences and stuff. Like the Kardashian’s 10 year or how many years specials. Lol
I don't think Ian and Nikki (Ian's wife) are friends with Nina anymore cause if you look on Instagram and look for Nina's Instagram account in Ian's and Nikki's Instagram followers and who they are following, you won't find Nina's name in either of them so it seems like they all un-followed each other on Instagram. But I could be wrong, they could still be all friends and still not follow each other... maybe.
Good thing it's another show connected to the vpd and the ogs universe cuz i felt sad knowing it was gonna end but now the story continues with LEGACIES
Anyone else feel like it is an end of an era? My fav tv shows like the vampire diaries, teen wolf, the originals and pretty little liars have all ended I mean those shows defined my teenage years!

I didnt think id get so attached to Matt's character at the beggining,and definatelly at some points i disliked him veeeery veery much😅 but hearing we'll see him again makes me smile cz i somehow feel like a proud parent saying "Awww my boy made it :')" and it just warms my heart❤

Alaric never should have been Hope's father figure. I mean personally I think there were worse options and I'm glad that Declan isn't around anymore but Alaric just annoys me with him constantly trying to replace Klaus and bad mouthing him as well as acting like he can decide who Hope will be so I hate him.
Alaric would be older than 40 by Legacies in fact his wikia page states his age as 53 by Legacies. Legacies is set in 2029, because Hope was born in 2012 and is now 17. TVD and The Originals have had several time jumps but all you really need to do is go by Hope's age. It's been 20 years since the start of the Vampire Diaries and Alaric wasn't only 20 years old then.

Maya Antilo well she has also killed Stefan Katherine and Tyler she’s also killed Bonnie multiple times but the writers she was working with kept finding a way back for here so who knows I bet she’s kill of another main character like Alaric or hope
Paul Wesley wanted Stefan to die in the end so that was him. Some characters want there characters to be killed off.

When they open up the Q&A the first question and response by Julie all but confirms that Klaus will be dead which I had a suspicion of since forever
Ilkvomit same. Everyone‘s saying elijah will die but I‘ve always thought klaus would die at the very end. I just can‘t imagine him staying in hopes life. I feel like he will sacrifice himself for his family and especially for hope. Everybody knows someones gonna die at the end and it‘s probably going to be an original. It can‘t be hope (obv, and even if she would come back as an vampire so she wouldn‘t really die), it won‘t be kol (he loves his family but he has davina now and he‘s died so many times, the writers won‘t kill him off again because then they would have to go in depth with how davins deals with it and stuff), it won‘t be rebekah (idk why but I can‘t see it), it won‘t be freya (i mean why would she die? She‘s an important character but she‘s not as important as the original originals and I feel like someone really really important will die). So that leaves elijah and klaus.
Jomo already confimed not all of the OG family will make it out alive and Carina said everyone shouldn't presume they will get a Klaroine endgame, given the spoilers I have seen not sure if Klaus will die, tbh since Plec killed off Hayley I have had little interest in the show, doubt I'll watch Legacies

Well, she didn't say that he will die, she says that maybe Klaus sacrifices SOMETHING . For a long time I was sure that Klaus will die at the end, but after his sacrifice in the finale of season 3 and in season 4 and after bringing Caroline to NOLA, Im not so sure anymore.(what was a reason for that, if she would like to kill him at the end? Another Caroline's boyfriend who's going to die? Nahhh). One thing I know for sure - if she brings back Matt, but she will kill Klaus - she is even more stupid than I thought.
Or maybe Klaus takes all the darkness from Hope and they desiccate him with a spell, like Mikael was. Klaus is immortal. So there has to be a loop hole.

Molly Kiely exactly my thoughts... it‘s just a kinda unnecessary show to get more money and to keep the fans. Vampire Diaries went downhill (in my opinion) from season 4 on, many people critizised it but they still produced four more seasons... Originals is a good show but only because fans wanted it. The show still got worse when julie plec took over. And now we get another show produced by julie plec...

LiLMiSsOreoz Klaus is dead of course so he’s not going to make an appearance. So don’t try and force it by saying there is only going to be 1 season if Klaus does not come out. The show isn’t about Klaus so he doesn’t have to appear in the show. It will go past season 1 as it gets better every episode that comes out. So deal with it Joseph was done playing Klaus which is why the Originals ended the actors where ready to move on.

one thing though... if you think about it what's so special about Hope? Aren't most of them trybrids and hybrids? The original siblings have a witch mother and became vampires... so technically Klaus is also a trybrid if Hope is one XDDDD
when they became vampires they stopped beint witches. Hope has the skills of a vampire but she is not one since she hasn´t died to actually become one. I think is very curious how the will manage all this trybrids topic and I guess we´ll get to understand it more through the show
