I am older and have many friends from all walks of life and beliefs. I've had been eating the Pink salt, but all of a sudden I couldn't stand the taste of it. I got celtic salt from the heathfood store and it tastes WONDERFUL and does NOT swell my feet up like other salts do. Win win for me! I listen to my body...
