Easy & Fresh Korean Stir Fry Vermicelli

  • This is an easy Japchae dish that you can make at home. It is a Korean glass noodle stir fry dish that tastes so much better and healthier than the restaurants. There are many variations in cooking this dish but this is how my family makes it. It is so delicious and can be served warm or room temperature, lunch bento or dinner. You can adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
    Ingredients:
    Korean Dry Vermicelli
    Thin slices of meat of your choice (optional)
    Carrots
    Green Bell Pepper
    Spinach
    Eggs
    Seasoning for Meat:
    A pinch of salt
    White Pepper Powder
    1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
    Stir Fry Sauce:
    1.5 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
    1 Tablespoon Sugar
    Seasoning for Vermicelli:
    Sesame Oil
    Sesame Seeds
