Yeah it takes me twice as long to watch this because I have to rewind it to the beginning of the dancing so I can focus on each couple. Lol but I love it so I don't care :)
Search up your local Swing / Lindy hop dance club (it may be closed at the moment due to virus lockdown though, but if you have a partner there seems to be more and more video lessons available). To get to the level in the video i guess you'll need to practice almost weekly for 3-10 years.
