    Hi ,
    I made the protein ladoo with dates and flax seeds ,it came out very good .We finished it so soon that I'll be making another batch of the same and perhaps try doing the oats . ladoo you taught .Thanks for uploading healthy ladoo as well as millet recipes . Always looking forward for your healthy recipes .Wish we could also get the jaggery you mentioned in the US .Thanks Nishaji..

    For some reason I have huge reservation on consuming roast green gram. I am not sure if my digestive system can handle the rawness. Is it better to soak and dry and then roast? I guessed if I can’t eat almonds or cashew without soaking and drying it and then roast or toast it as snack I should not try this. 😅😅😅
    Your dessert is so gorgeous. I really want to make it for my Catholic Priests. ❤❤❤

    You are so talented and love how you come up with a variety of healthy snacks for Diwali.. I am going to give this a try for our tired colleagues at work who work so hard and often take a break and eat unhealthy snacks such as biscuits, cookies, donuts, cakes, chocolate bars, etc... I am hopefully going to introduce them to this; just hope their pallet takes to the new ingredients... I absolutely love, love, love your way of cooking...       Wud like u Nisha to use more of sesame. Kaju paste, posto paste-poppy seed is used in gravy of currys too). The black sesame variety is es pecially v. high in nutritional value. Taken daily it cures pains in menstrual cramps...pains, pregnant
      delivery etc. Food is best medicine 4 me👌😑 🙏
