      Have you used klein or other companies fish sticks? Just curious as to if they are better in ways, if used klein, south wire, greenlee but am huge Milwaukee fan hoping they done something a bit betta

    Kewl! Jus a lil fyi, if you ever think you may want to add to that….. tie on a pull string when you pull your wire. Pull strings and labels can save a nice bit of work. Especially when your OCD has you constantly changing stuff. 😂😂😂 String is cheap, time is priceless. String Theory is bullshi..

    I've checked out these fish sticks. Can't seem to find a lighted one. unless they dropped it for glow in the dark because they say glow in the dark but i see no bulb system.

    Must have been smart to run a string with the wire for future runs.

    • @AddictedtoTools
      @AddictedtoTools  3 роки тому

      Yeah I’ve got draw wires through the house including going up stair to the ceiling. Definitely helps for future runs 👌👍

    There is a guy in Michigan that makes custom fish poles. No tape and no string required.

      Are you referring to the oregon thread it?

    • @Astinsan
      @Astinsan 3 роки тому

      @@AddictedtoTools no it was a flat bar about 1/2” wide and 2 1/2” long rounded corners and two holes that will fit a cat5 upto rg6 thick wire in a “S”. The plate is attached to the custom rod with a chain link and the normal bullet tip screw on to the sticks. The rods were available in 10 different materials. I got 1/8 flexible and 1/4 stiff. Fiberglass. They come in any length disconnected for stowaway. He will cut to fit. It is in my tool bag in 1 1/2’ sections. Much better than a tube
      If you need His name I’ll get it at my office. He will send you a demo of many types to try for a couple months. If you hatr them he will send you a label and you can send them back. I like his polls. My co workers kept taking them from my truck

    This can be handy for certain jobs but generally 99% of Jobs can be done with a yellow tongue snake

    • @AddictedtoTools
      @AddictedtoTools  3 роки тому

      The yellow young can definitely do a lot of the jobs. I actually just finished a few weeks of jobs where I had to get cabling through a solid floor in differing court houses. 40mm of space and 20mm holes for access. I don’t know how I could of done it with out these sticks. Made it a lot easier and saved me time. I have done without them for many years though. Comes down to the job I guess.
