Sourwood A Favorite Honey

Timing the Sourwood honey flow differs from year to year. So, it's critical supers are installed just as the flow begins. Some years that may be later than others and if put on to early you may get a mix with other wildflowers. Put your supers on too late and you could miss the Sourwood flow.
