- Is it the end of an era here? Maybe, but do not worry because it is OK. We all have to go through changes and this is another adjustment. I will discuss my thoughts on LV discontinuing access to the Neverfull online and why they may be taking this strategy along with my thoughts on the new Monoglam collection. Will I pick up anything new? Comment down below on your thoughts on the discontinuation of online buy and if you are picking anything up from the new collection!

Glad to hear your mom is ok. Pancreatitis is so painful. I just ordered the navy monoglam neverfull just because I wanted a navy work tote. I can’t really find any UA-cam reviews for this new material. I’m concerned that it won’t be very durable. Thanks for sharing 😊

It isn’t being discontinued. You’ll have to order it if it isn’t available in stores. It is no doubt that you’ll have to be patient and wait for it to arrive to you.
I was told it is no longer waitlisted. It is now place in cart on the website!
@@shantisangit 😂 I believe they have several factories now in the USA. In fact, most pieces sold in the USA are now coming out from a factory here. I can’t see why they couldn’t keep up with the demand. I think mostly everyone has a Neverfull or Speedy now. I’m limiting my LV purchases now. I’m spending all this money on a French designer brand only for it to be made in the USA. It just doesn’t seem right. 🙄
I don't really think the LV Neverfull will be going anywhere, there will always be some version of it available. It is still available online in Germany(July 2023). I was thrilled to see the Neverfull in the monoglam and I bought it last month. I've always wanted that bag and now we get an option that is a little more unique than the classic monogram, I love that. ❤
I don’t think it’s going anywhere either. I just think they want to steer people towards buying special editions which also means a higher price.
Making people buy special editions....that totally worked on me 😀 but it was SPARKLY so I basically had no choice
I just got my LV Neverfull in January. The only ones I saw you had to wait for were the ones with color.
Yes, they changed their policy since I did that video. You should be able to purchase Neverfull's now, although I still don't see the PM.

Also 'Discontinuing' is not the tight word and do create panic for NF lovers. It is being wait listed and special editions are still available in stores. The very recent Monoglam edition have a NF in it.
I think they want folks to buy more expensive and what they perceive as "exclusive". The canvas bags in their world I think are no longer exclusive so they want to limit that. I think they will continue to produce special edition Neverfull's - I don't think it's going away.
This would need great press for LV I feel like this stuff is so deliberate
It is deliberate and we are all here for it. Let them do what they need to do. We have the choice to buy or not buy!. Also, there are other options out there, so that is where people may go if they don't want a "leather" piece in store.
I actually like the Speedy with the zipper not going down the sides. I currently have both the Monoglam Speedy and the monogram speedy 20. The zipper pulls down the sides constantly get stuck in the side d-rings, and this drives me crazy! Also, I find that the monoglam speedy silhouette just looks prettier. I actually prefer the top only zipper.😊

My opinion: It’s less about decreasing and more about NOT increasing production. More people want to buy these bags, and they’re willing to pay higher prices. But those aren’t the customers LV really wants. So they’re going to let the growing pool of aspirational customers fight over canvas items while trying to push them towards the higher priced ones by only keeping those in stock. LV had a 23% revenue growth in 2022. I believe they want to keep increasing profit while decreasing the amount of customers. Just a theory.
I think LV absolutely wants to increase profits and even though, they most likely make healthy margins on the never full, I guess they are willing to cut down on the sales of them to see what happens. It's honestly all very interesting to observe. I do wonder if they are decreasing production, will they increase quality though? :)
My husband went yesterday to get me a Neverfull GM for my birthday (which is this week), and apparently the lady said mine was the last one and now they’re starting a 3 month waitlist. Do I think they’re discontinuing the Neverfull canvas, no, I think the demand is there so they need to limit access and possibly do another price increase, and if price goes up, I’m glad I’m getting mine now! Lol I think you could be on to something will them wanting people to move to their pricier leather options, definitely food for thought.

I'm really glad to hear you got your GM and right now I am so glad I have the 4 that I have! I don't think they are discontinuing it all together like some have said, I think they will continue to release special edition to make the customer think it's more exclusive and gives them the right to charge more. It's super slick and it works. Customers in store will have the option to buy something "now" for a higher price or wait 3 months..Most people will not want to wait - either they walk and go somewhere else, or they buy. I guess we will see what happens! Thanks for the compliment!

But I purchased this bag three times, and exchanged three times because of extremely poor quality and all the stitching was showing all around. I wouldn’t want this bag for free anymore. I think don’t understand why people are losing themselves for a bag that’s poorly made and sold for thousands of dollars.
When did you buy the bag? What year? I’ve had mine for about 10 years now and I haven’t had any issues. If I had to return mine 3 times, I wouldn’t be buying again

Not sure what your motivation is, but I don’t believe you’re story at all. Complete BS. The Neverfull is a generally problem free bag with the exception of rare circumstances. Baloney!
