Those are oriental arabic numerals used in some arab countries like Egypt, Syria, Saoudi Arabia.. The arabic numerals you are using are used in the rest of other arab countries like Tunisia, Morocco ( North africa).

      Arabic numerals are 1234567890 !
The ones used in the middle east (the dates on the video) are in fact Indian numerals ( pretty ironic that the rest of the world uses arabic numerals and they don't 🤣)

@@progsam no they are not ! They are Indian numerals but some call them eastern arabic numerals because they are exclusivly used in the middle east region ( so they won't be a confusion) you Can check
( On a side note they both originated in india , but arabs developed and modified them )
You can check urdu numerals ( they are the same as what you call eastern arabic numerals )

@@lamia2537 No. All of them are called Hindu-arabic numerals, or arabic numerals.. the ١،٢ ٣ .. is just another eastern notation..

those are arabic numbers. Al gebra was first created by Arabs, that's why we have our own numbers, some of which were used in the West. These are still used and taught in Arab schools, but not used very commonly except in the middle east. In North African, western numbers are used more, but we recognize and understand our arabic numbers as well
