Everything moves and the more conscious you become or better said the more unconscious parts leave you the more you see frequencies all around you. You simply become a frequency and the more surreal life truly becomes , at a certain point despite there is no point of reach you simply lose everything within yourself. You wander like nothing through existence and can predict outcomes easily as everything follows a certain direction and path ……. despite you 😂 you are comfortable living in uncertainty as it’s deeply calming and natural. You merge with the moment until there is nothing left in this exact moment and life simply is eternal you go years and year without thinking or feeling emotions and it’s nothing many would stand as you have absolutely no bond to anyone and everyone you see could be you 😂 somewhere in your journey you have to leave your mind behind as it’s simply in your way and there is no going back to it , your life continues on its own you simply stop any resistance to it and existence explains itself to you detail by detail like an open book
Even if peace, love, joy, happiness, etc. correspond to our true state of being, we also experience states and feelings that are very unpleasant (loneliness, sadness, depression, anger, etc.). One experiences them either way. It is as if one has put one's free consciousness into a bio-robot, the consciousness identifies with this bio-robot and one is experienced by all the thoughts and feelings (and not just those that we find beautiful or pleasant).
hank you for sharing such a thoughtful perspective. It's so true that as human beings, we experience the full spectrum of emotions-both the beautiful and the deeply challenging ones. The unpleasant states like loneliness, sadness, or anger are just as much a part of our experience as joy and love, and they often feel inescapable because of how strongly we identify with our 'bio-robot,' as you so aptly put it. The key, I believe, lies in understanding that while we experience these states, we don’t have to be controlled by them. When we learn to observe our thoughts and emotions without identifying with them as 'who we are,' we start to create space between the awareness that is our true self and the transient experiences of the mind and body. This is where freedom begins-not by avoiding the difficult emotions, but by meeting them with curiosity and compassion. 🙏
I can't say it often enough, but it doesn't matter whether you call this life reality or a dream, because you experience it as if it were completely real anyway. It's not like we're constantly aware that this is a dream and not reality. Even the dreams we have at night are believed to be real while we're experiencing them. I wonder what the point is of calling this life reality or a dream, because it is experienced as real either way. This life often seems like one big nightmare to me.
Thank you for sharing such a deep reflection. You're absolutely right that whether we call this life a dream or reality, it feels undeniably real while we’re experiencing it. The distinction often lies in how we perceive and respond to our experiences. When life feels like a nightmare, it’s a sign that our mind might be caught in cycles of fear, pain, or suffering. The idea of life being a 'dream' can be a reminder that we have the potential to wake up-not in a literal sense, but by gaining clarity and freedom from the hold our thoughts and emotions have over us. It’s about recognizing that while the experiences feel real, we have the power to shift how we engage with them. I invite you to explore practices that can help bring more peace and perspective into your life. If you're interested, check out my free 8-week course for mental peace: bit.ly/free8weekMentalPeace. It’s designed to help transform that 'nightmare' feeling into a sense of calm and clarity. Sending you strength on your journey. 🙏
@@ricardcoach "When life feels like a nightmare, it’s a sign that our mind might be caught in cycles of fear, pain, or suffering." Yes, and I am sure that is the case with me. I am severely traumatized as a human, I have had very negative experiences (including very negative interpersonal experiences) and I am currently in a life situation where I have to deal with people who I find very unpleasant and who make me feel very bad. It is tough when you are aware of what you really are (free beingness), but at the same time you are trapped in this matrix as a person and are forced to have experiences that you do not want to have. It is like tying someone up so that they can hardly breathe, but at the same time they know that they are actually free beingness, but this knowledge is of no use to them, since they experience themselves as a prisoner.
@@divine_presence again thanks for sharing. Do you know the expression "the only way out is through"? I think that it may serve you to heal all that trauma through the present experience. These unpleasant circumstances are an opportunity to release resistance so you can fully liberate yourself from the belief in separation? I wish you all the best, and rest assured that the only nature of your heart is peace, even when sometimes it may seem unreachable. Don't give up 🙏
Certain sensations repeat themselves, and seem to get closer to the body. You gave the example of hot and cold. I believe that there is not only the story and the meaning that we attach to the event, but also a subjective response that comes close to our nature. The risk is to repress it because "in the present moment everything is ok". If it recurs often, even in the form of an obsessive thought, perhaps it wants to tell us something and should not be completely ignored.Thanx
Thanks for the insight. I don't mean to ignore anything, specially our own reactions, but to notice them more clearly, so we can understand them better and be free. 🙏
I believe true freedom is just possible, when we are free from this body and therefore free from this world. It may be possible to be at peace and feel a sense of freedom (if not all the time), but true freedom is not possible, as long as you are bound to this body and to this world. At least that is what I believe. We are limited as human beings.
@@divine_presence Can you feel your life luke being in a dream? So in a way you are the character but at the same time you are the dream? All meditations lead to the fact that we are not a body, that is just a thought we entertain. But I understand where you are coming. Something is missing complete detachment from perception, that unlimited freedom. That exactly is liberation/enlightenment, that recognition makes you free right where you are. I would suggest you explore calming the mind until there are no thoughts (I made a video about it just today). From there the recognition is direct. Peace my friend 🙏
Like not judging anything based on past experience. Trying to take things more at face value, present moment. Not to say that you can't use good judgement based on experience. It's really a bit of a balance isn't it?
@@zvw444x3zefa Exactly, we are talking about not being a slave of our own delusions, that causes suffering. Being practical while fully enjoying our experience 🙏
