  • This has been requested by so many of you. It's a delicious, wholesome recipe that is great on its own or as a side dish to accompany a more substantial meal. Have it with delicious chapatis or simply with plain white basmati rice.
    Ingredients:
    2 tin chick peas (drained)
    1 large onion (diced)
    1/2 tin peeled plum tomato (blitzed)
    3 dried red chillies (optional)
    3 bay leaves
    3 cardamom pods
    2 tsp curry powder
    1 tsp panch puran
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    3 cloves garlic
    Salt & Pepper
    3 tbsp oil
