This is what's cops are concerned about in my area. Got pulled over last night. However I see people with smoked license plate covers and illegal tint. I was ok tho...had been drinking but was just going close to get cigarettes....just got a warning

Thanks. The cover needs to be clipped to the bulb, as you showed. And flipping over the bulb if it doesn't work at first.
